On the way home from work on Wednesday I was waiting in stopped traffic on Bridge and I looked in the rearview mirror. The driver behind me looked familiar. It was Veetay. I waved and he squinted and half-waved back. I stuck my head out the window and called out. He recognized me then and said “Stop by the house.”
He had to stop for gas but he called Ms. Veetay and she received me and we chatted and he soon arrived. Sonia was there too. They invited me to stay for dinner. We had chili. We made plans to plan to get kids together for Oktoberfest.
