I recently read a back post of Alex’s frustration with PC Mastercard website. When I checked the timestamp just now, I see that it was a long time ago.

So recently I got a second product from PC Financial, their mastercard. So, let me describe the experience of me trying to check my mastercard balance. I think PC Financial’s website could some improvement.

Now, I see that Paul had a more recent and frustrating experience with PC Financial Mastercard.

• They told him he had to make a purchase or they would not renew his card.
• He made a purchase, they didn’t renew his card anyway.
• He paid the balance from an account at the same bank
• He got notifications that payments were due and his statement was available, but he couldn’t login to the website since his on online account was disabled.
• Then he was told he had a credit of $59.10 and it went on from there.

You can read the whole story from Paul’s letter to Senior Vice President MasterCard at President’s Choice Bank. Except for the fact that it happened to him (which is bad) I liked reading it because he recorded each detail of his experience.
