- Deep Fried Crispy Whole Chicken
- Stir Fried Lobsters in Supreme Soup
- Steamed Whole Fish
- Fried Rice w/ Shrimp & Pork
- Braised E-Fu Noodles
- Sweet Red Bean Cream w/ Lotus Seed
- Fancy Cakes
