Details of how university presidents get paid are being made public.

The Hamilton Spectator is reporting on the change since succeeding in their struggle to get a copy of McMaster University president Peter George’s contract.

The office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario supported the Spectator’s case that universities should make public the contracts of their chief executives, the same as other parts of the public sector.
