The Ceeb is running a series on public education called Pass or Fail: Educating for the 21st Century. In one of the segments they look at the education system in Finland, which has been rated by the OECD as the best overall and in specific areas for the past ten years.

In the introduction they talked about how Finland realized that to succeed in the future they had to diversify away from timber exports and needed a better educated populace.
