Loads of people where streaming out away from the mall and they kept coming.

We watched the proceedings on TV inside Confederation Hall.

These huge stands were near the Whitehouse. The Obamas watched from the one across the street.

Here is a sniper along the parade route.

The sniper is high above the crowd.

So many broadcasters sending signals out.

Here is some of the parade. There were so many horses.

Inside the fence was a fence of police officers.

The Canadian embassy had banners saluting the new president and vice president.


Here we reached the capitol finally.



It is interesting to see the variations on the flag. For Canada when we were one country we had one maple leaf; now that we are one country we have one maple leaf.
